Our commitment
Freetestnet.com is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA and to the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some third-party content (maps, embedded elements) may not meet all criteria. We are continuously working to remove barriers.
Accessibility features
- Accessibility panel (button in the bottom-left corner): text size control (3 levels), high-contrast mode, reduced motion, underlined links.
- Full keyboard navigation, a clear focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link.
- Screen reader support: ARIA labels and live announcements (speed test result read out).
- A button to read the test result aloud (speech synthesis).
- Responsive layout, zoom to 200% without loss of content, respects the OS “reduce motion” setting.
Known limitations
- Interactive world map: keyboard navigation is available, but some cartographic features may be harder to operate without a mouse.
- Embedded third-party content (e.g. reCAPTCHA) may not fully meet WCAG criteria.
